Hayat, our managing partner, has worked in development programming for over 15 years, leading and managing teams to ensure high-quality program delivery. Her expertise spans gender and private sector development programming.

Ekram Osman

Managing Partner

Ekram, as managing partner, brings extensive experience in project management, with a strong focus on women's economic empowerment and worker wellbeing. She has worked on private sector development through employment linkage initiatives, workplace standards, and social inclusion programs, particularly in industrial settings.

Fikrab-Abeje

Project Coordinator

Fikrab has a background in data analysis and program coordination. She has experience supporting sustainability and social impact projects through developing and facilitating training programs and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Haregewoin Asefa

Associate Consultant

Haregewoin has many years of experience in project management with a technical specialization on women's economic empowerment and worker wellbeing. She has substantial experience in labour market programming having worked on employment linkage activities, workplace standards, social services for industrial workforce and disability inclusion. She has also served over 5 years in academia as a university lecturer. Haregewoin works with us as a social inclusion lead, project manager, curriculum writer and master trainer.
